I took a look at the bubble counter per Rex's suggestion, and decided to poke at the opening with a toothpick. Amazingly, after putting everything back together, it works again! A *toothpick* fixed...

Tested for leaks on pretty much everywhere. There doesn't seem to be any leaks, although I'll try again later. I just can't get any bubbles to go through the bubble counter... it seems so weird!
