My PAR measurements for a Marineland 18" - 24" Double Bright LED

Just measured my Marineland 18" to 24" Double Bright with a PAR meter and got seriously low readings.

For "reference":

The tank is 10G. 20"L x 10"W x 12"H
The substrate is 3" @ highest point...

EI for 5.5 gallon tank

I'd like to try the EI on my 5.5 gallon tank, but when I divide the dosage for a 10-20 gal tank it seems to me like to much build up to reset with a 50% WC.

The tank holds about 4-4.5 gallons...
