That hole is a bit close to the body for a cut. If you want it to heal daily water changes or if not use furan 2 or bifuran with the every other day water change.

Your fixture is plenty bright for a 20L. I would play with CO2 and ferts first before getting a double bulb fixture only to have to turn one of the bulbs off because of too much light.
