Absolutely, i would just add root tabs at the locations of the crypts along with the dry ferts in the water column. Crypts are heavy root feeders.

Same thing happened to me Johnson, and probably got it from the same person. Thats why i was asking you for pics, but it was hard to tell if yours was different. It is a cool spathe though.

Did you just mix it? Heat some water in a pot, remove the pot from the flame and sit your container with ferts in the hot water for awhile. Works everytime.
