Yep! I like the API Master Test Kit as well... easy to use and easy to read. My PH is out of the tap at 8.0 but I age it as well, where it will fall to 7.8, so I do like the High range and regular PH...

Thanks folks for the suggustions! This is the simplest solution that somehow evaded me - after I pressure wash it (to phisically clean it) - I never even thought to boil it! Doh!!! :proud:
