Personally I'd move the rotala in the back left...

Personally I'd move the rotala in the back left and take out the struggling bacopa. Maybe try some blyxa or something as a mid ground plant. Hair grass would look good in the front somewhere.

Yes it is fantastic at dimming. The issue is then the tank looks dim. It's funny, my ecoxotic at full power is less bright than my fugeray is even though the ecoxotic has twice the par values.
