Well I just put in my bag of purigen into my XP2....

Well I just put in my bag of purigen into my XP2. It took up most of the area where my filter floss used to go but I put floss around it and over it in that chamber. I guess I am sort of paranoid...

I have "The Bag" and the directions on the Purigen say 250ml treats "up to" 250 gallons.

Everything breaks down eventually folks. It's called entropy. Nothing is totally CO2 proof. Given enough time, all tubing no matter what it's made of will stop working and begin to leak. LOL.

You forgot one pretty major point. Those dosing regimes assume a heavily planted tank.

Anyone who tries those nutrient levels in a lightly planted tank is going to run into problems fast.
