You mean the Flourite? I think it's pretty much a preference thing. You'd have to use substrate ferts with either one, as far as I know. If it were me, I think the black flourite looks better. [shrug]

Will purigen catch tannins? I bought a new piece of wood, boiled it for hours on two separate occasions, and it's STILL leeching. It's positively driving me up the wall. -__-
