The carbonic acid in the co2 that changes the ph isn't going to affect your livestock. You are much more likely to suffocate your stuff that swims than make them uncomfortable by changing the ph.

Find a 10-32 manifold on that auction site. They have all sorts styles. I'd go with the long, square black type. You'll probably have to go with a 5 out put version though...

Well, it's pretty easy but it's going to depend on what needle valves you want to use. You can do it a few ways.

One way would be to run a soft line to a manifold right out of your current set up....
