Yes, rabbits do eat their "night feces" and not their dry poos. As far as diet, it depends. Iceberg lettuce can cause major upset tummies, but the right amount of leafy greens doesnt do them any harm...

Yes, that is correct. I just cut chicken wire to fit the size of the top of the aquarium. I removed the hood and cover of the aquarium and laid the mesh on top. That's it!

Well, at least for my bettas HOBs in small tanks didnt make them as happy as sponge filters. HOB outflow tossed them around; they can't really handle water flow with all that finnage.

When I had pygmy cories they swam in the middle of the tank, not on the bottom. Rather than scour the bottom for food my pygmys scoured the leaves and driftwood.
