Not anymore. eBay restructured their fee schedule and now charges a final value fee on shipping charges as well as what the item sells for.
That auction should be reported to eBay though as a scam.

What type of paint did you use originally? And trimming the doors with them on is technically possible, but the chances that the cut ends up being straight not so much.
Best to take them off.
