The CGA nipple is too short. The HP gauge is likely to rub against the tank's knob. What is the weight of this regulator? It looks very light. We all know quality regulators are heavy.

Dual Reg pressure not stable.

Lets hope you experienced a regulator freeze where the cold co2 gas freezes the regulator's orifice causing a drop on the output pressure side. Did you just refilled the co2 tank?
