I like the Tek reflectors as well, individual...
I like the Tek reflectors as well, individual reflectors for each light is more efficient wpg. I cant tell what they have in the fishneedit.com lights, but looks like it is one giant reflector.

Personally I would invest in one of the better...
Personally I would invest in one of the better substrates, something that could help provide nutrients to your plants at the roots. Every other item can be upgraded after it is set up fairly easily....
