Every 1" higher increases cone of light diameter by 3.5 inches approx. @ 120 degrees
1" above water = 3.5" cone
2" = 7"
3" = 10.4"
4" = 13.8" approx...
also note light falloff is fairly large...

90% -ish is in the PAR range..
The total output would have to be extremely dull...
