Put the tap water in the bucket and let it settle...

Put the tap water in the bucket and let it settle down for a day. Test the PH and see the result.
I also use Prime to remove chlorine from the tap...

That's some good work you're doing right there with an eye of a scaper. What kind of rocks/stone are you using in there?
4xT5HO bulbs are probably overkill for that much of plants.

My hydro. Japan survives in any condition...any tech tanks...and look good in every scapes...you can train the plant for carpet or go along driftwood/stones....

No need for a controller. You only need a good and reliable regulator to connect to the CO2 tank and it will be good. Then buy a seperate timer for on/off time.

For my experience...don't tie the NLJF on driftwood. Just put them down between the branches or between the woods/rocks. They attached themself.
