However, I did have 4 x 96 AHS resting directly on glass on my 100 and didn't have a problem. Maybe because the glass lids are smaller.

Not to brag but quote a refill in Fairfield county, CT. I get a swap out at a local gas company, 5lb costs something around $27 w/ tax. However it doesn't increase much for larger tanks.
