i have retrofit kits for them that have...
i have retrofit kits for them that have reflectors the size of the bulb. I bought the tank used this way and dont have money to spend on new reflectors soo until then hahaha...

hmm just tested my water again...this time...
hmm just tested my water again...this time shaking the 2nd bottle up 30 secs :P looks like nitrates increased to 10ppm!!! woot!
now to see if it gets eaten up by plants...thanks for all the help

i use the API testing kit that i got with a tank...10 drops of solution 1...shake 30 secs, 10 drops solution 2...shake 1 minute...comes up 0...or yello...im pretty sure its not 100 percent acurate...
