What fish is destroying my stem plants?
Something in my tank is just destroying my stem plants before they can get established. I couldn't even get Hygro started before it was mutilated. I've never seen anything nibbling on the plants.

Ultra Low-Tech 55
I'm going to be doing an ultra low tech 55 with some anubias and crypts. I'll be EI dosing dry ferts and root tabs to start as I am using eco complete.
I currently have 1 - T8 32 watt 8000k bulb....
