Thanks for posting the pics!!

Is the tank 48" long and 36" wide? I didn't see this specifically mentioned so I am assuming the 48" is the front and back of the tank.

The part number is CCF221 and is called the media basket joint seal. A search online shows a couple places that sell it for about $2.

It would be helpful to know what filter media you are using and how it is placed in the filter.

The usual cause of low flow after cleaning is improper or too much floss or filter pads.
