I would definitely recommend treating with Levamisole. My fish had camallanus worms when I first got them, and one complete treatment of Levamisole was enough to get rid of the worms.

Wow that wood is a lot larger than I thought now that it's in the tank. Sure is a statement piece! Putting the flat surface in the corner helps hide the cut well too.

They look like CPOs to me as well due to their markings. I've seen baby orange/tangerine p. clarkii in stores and their colors were much more uniform compared to similar sized CPOs.
