Anecdotal, etc, etc, but I keep loaches with amano shrimp (similar size to bamboo shrimp) in several tanks. Yoyo loaches, zebra loaches, and kuhli loaches, and none of them have ever cared at all...

For what it's worth, I've got crypt parva growing...
For what it's worth, I've got crypt parva growing in a 37g low light/low tech tank, and it's doing fine. Grows very slowly, but does grow, and is doing well.
