I had 5 gouramis in my 29 and they did well for a while, but then two of them got killed or died from disease. The 3 remaining fish did chase each other but then did fine.

You should be fine as long as you keep up with regular water changes. Your tank will be overstocked in my opinion. Maybe you should remove some of the Rams when two of them pair up.

These are just guesses, as I'm not a shrimp expert and it's hard to tell from the pictures, but I think #1 is female, #2 is male, #3 female, #4 female.

It's definitely a mayfly or stonefly nymph. Most of them are herbivores, but some are carnivores and will prey on small fish. Get rid of it.

Thanks for the ideas. I have been feeding Omega One Freshwater flakes and sinking color pellets. I also have sinking veggie wafers but haven't tried to give him one of those.
