75 gallons is a fairly large tank. With proper filtration and water changes you can stock that many of such a tiny fish. School if 6 or even 20 CPDs simply is not going to be seen in such big tank...

CPD's will hunt shrimplets. I never saw adult CPD attacking adult shrimp though. In 75g densely planted tank you can establish cherry shrimp colony that are going to breed faster then being eaten.

Mine bamboo shrimp appreciates Hikari First Bites and frozen baby brine shrimps. Both are small enough for it to filtrate.
