I keep mine in a 75gal with barbs, yo-yo loaches and various gobies. Good mix on the aggression and the tank has many hiding places. I wouldn't try it with the smaller peaceful tetras though...

And the best part is I didn't add the shrimp on purpose, they just hitchhiked on plant clipping I was feeding the Koi.

Remember, clown loaches can reach 12 inches long, and need a pack to be happy. I'd say that a 75 is too small for clowns. You have a lot of other good choices though.
