Well I got it up and running this morning and the solenoid has been on sice 11am and it's just slightly wam to the touch.

Might have to replace my needle valve as well as I haven't been able to...

So I bought a new solenoid and it sates that ot needs to be connected to a DC 12V plug.

Os it as simple as splicing in the the DC cord and wiring them together?

On the selonoid it self. There is a metal plate that you screw in to hold the the spring acting plunger and creates a seal. Well it no longer seals and it's leaking Co2 pretty fast.

Co2 leaking at the plunger plate!!!

Well it seem that when I was installing my glass bubble counter, I damaged the plunger plate. A 5#lb tank lasted a little less the two weeks. I tried tightening the screws and filling down the edge...
