Light bulbs came in. The Trulumens and 650nm aren't visually as bright as the Odyssea bulbs but they have a nice pink hue that I like the look of. Should I be worried about that?

The strip light you see sitting on the Aquaclear is actually a 6500k T8. I like the dim white appearance in the tank having it sit there. It grows mad algae on the underside of the filter lid but...

Light has been at the bottom of the tank for 3 days. You can see the algae it left behind. The lower plants seem to have responded well to it. The glosso has several stems that shot up quite a bit....

About once a week. Maybe 8 days. 50% usually. The tank is the same height as a 55 gallon. Plenty of people use dual bulb fixtures on those. I figured a quad would have been plenty even if the light...

What if I went from Odyssea to Aquatic Life?

I currently have an Odyssea 4x24 w/ 6500K bulbs. I've had problems keeping plants alive and I always assumed I just wasn't dosing ferts or co2 properly. I get a ton of algae in my 25T with the...
