I have Sagittaria subulata growing in tubs outdoors. They are currently frozen solid above ground. They survived last winter and grew this past summer. They should be fine for you. They flower for me.

Nice tank, but don't you think your sunfish will uproot all the plants when they decide to spawn for you? The sunfish pits I see are in the shallow water without any plants in sight.
