Update:

Dimmed lights to around 65-70%, increased Macros and kick started better plant growth. Algae on the glass is dying back, going away.

My tap water is acidic, KH/GH are 0, and phosphates are close to zero, so have to dose KH2PO4. I dose GH Booster after water change.

Yellowing could be micro deficiency; Iron.

Nitrates should be 10-20ppm.

UV Sterilizer will get rid of it within 3-5 days but if the root cause is not corrected it will come back.

A few causes are too much light, uncycled aquarium and an imbalance in fertilization.
