I just left the in with the adults and the puffer. I'm sure I lost a few, but managed to get several clutches of 10-20 survivors each over a couple of years.

I've heard of using walnut shells for...

I kept and bred them several years ago in 1-2 tablespoons of salt/10gal. I also kept them with a figure 8 puffer. The puffer wouldn't go after them. From what I understand it has something to do with...

when you fire up the reactor for the first time, use the bleed valve on the top to let the extra air out. Once running it "should" not fill up with CO2 again unless the amount of CO2 you're pushing...

What type of algae?
How much CO2 do you have in the tank (do you have a drop checker?)?
What are you dosing and how much?

My guess is that you don't have enough fertilizer or CO2 for the...

I have 2 on my 125gal. Each fed with an Eheim 2080 Pro II. I really like them. They look good IMO and are very well made. They're made for 1/2" line, so they do restrict the 5/8" flow of my Eheim's a...

They're not too bad for digging, but they are a cichlid. Mine pulled out all my HC as i was trying to plant small pieces of it. Once plants are established, they tend to leave things alone.
