I've moved my 125 with a dolly 3 times now with no ill effects. I just pad it up and make sure it is well secured to the dolly.

For example; on one of my high light 40 breeders I have an Eheim 2217, 2 Koralia model 1's, and 1 Koralia model...

I use the 501 sponges also and as others have stated they can clog quickly. If I'm not as concerned about some shrimplets making it into the filter, I use the prefilter for the Magdrive pump models...

Sadly letting it dry out won't make it come off any easier, at least in my experience. Maybe spraying it with a concentrated phosphate solution would help.

Wow, you all must have pretty hard water. All I need is a moist paper towel or washcloth to wipe mine completely clean. I guess it helps having super-soft tap water (1 dKH, 3 dGH). :wink:
