It may be from the 2 weeks of getting the co2 stabilized. If it was me I would just keep an eye on over the next week or two and see what it does now that you have stabilized the co2.

When did they switch to Tetra?

I havent bought aquarium products from Petco since then.

Decent mid-range router. From what you have said it should do everything you need without spending much.

Well I took a chance and went ahead and ordered the knockoff. Hopefully it gives me at least good low light. If not, it was only $55.

I don't want to have to use CO2. Hanging the light is not an option. I believe the Finnex sitting on the tank will be more light than I want.

I have watched some but have not seen any that review how effective (or ineffective) they are for a planted tank.

I know the single bright knockoffs are not any good even...

you could wait 1 -2 days and see if it converts...

you could wait 1 -2 days and see if it converts everything to nitrate, then add some and test how fast it converts it. Should be 24hrs or less
