changing out all of the "blue" for 3500K LED's will give you an approx color temp around 8350K.......

1/2 10000K and 1/2 3500k will give you 6750K

Your 1/2 4500k will give you 7250K..

your concept is fine.. Beamsworks LED's are all based on constant voltage.. for the bigger ones (1-3W) they do use a 15V ps and 4 LED's in series/ and parallel.. Almost all their lights have LED...
