He's still hanging in there as of today not moving much but active if I spook it. I'd like to avoid euthenasia...I mean it must be suffering but I'd really like to see this guy pull...

Hi i found a zebra danio of mine with its tail meat bitten off by a turtle. Not just the fin bit into the actual body up to the anal and dorsal fin in a straight line.

Its only been 24 hours but...

That's the thing I hadn't moved anything from one to the other in almost a week. But the fry were super tiny. So I was wondering if eggs laid dormant for awhile?

ummmm...it's not for a planted tank it's for a turtle tank that I need to kick up debris in so the filter can pick it...

Yeah I think it depends on the species as well and determining that can be difficult.

But I think they can survive many different water types but at least one of the species require saltwater...

I haven't had any issues with adult ghost shrimp and my canister filter (Aquatop cf500) with the intake uncovered. But have since covered the intake with some nylon over the intake no shrimplets yet...
