I've got Acorus gramineus 'Ogon' growing in...

I've got Acorus gramineus 'Ogon' growing in planters now. The substrate covers almost all the rhizome and it's 1/4- 1/2" out of the water. I haven't had any problems with rotting that I'm aware of....

The first plant in the first pic is Ludwigia glandulosa. I think the second plant is a type of Bocopa, maybe Bocopa caroliniana. I'm pretty sure the plant in the second picture is Ludwigia arcuata x...

If you have a fish big enough to eat it, you could drop it in that tank. Otherwise, they really don't hurt anything, just a different type of crustacean.
