No you cant do that. GH is made up of both calcium and magnesium but without specific test kits for each you do not know the amount of each making up your 7dgh.

You are adding too much k2so4, add 25g of k2so4 instead. With that change you will be getting roughly 7.5ppm potassium in each dose which is the suggest amount for ei dosing.

For pps-pro the suggested dosing is micros and macros 7 days a week. its fine to dose both at the same time, just dose on different sides of the aquarium if you are worried about it.

Unless you are truly trying to figure out why and the process is important to you, why not just supply nutrients at a non-limiting amount(ie estimative index dosing) and take all the guess work out...

That is something that could be custom mixed if you knew the exact kh and gh that you were looking for but it is probably much easier to use separate kh and gh booster as the people above have...

I would check and make sure the test kit isnt expired. Also unless you calibrate the test kit you really wont know what the actual value is.
