Epiplatys dageti monroviae is a pretty laid back species, plus they breed like rabbits & don't eat their young. I've kept them with dwarf cichlids & they didn't bother their young either.

It's a bit difficult to tell by the picture, but the flag fish in the front looks like a male & the two rear ones look like females. Female flag fish never have red stripes.

You could use a sponge filter. I use them in all of my 10s. To me a power filter would be overkill unless you have a very heavy bioload or have fish that need a strong current.

A 4" acutirostre should be fine with 2 1/2 to 3" ansorgii. I wouldn't get very active dither fish, though, since ansorgii are very deliberate eaters & may not get enough food.
