hagen glo for low light

would the 24" single bulb hagen glo fixture be a good option for low light on a 20 gallon tank? the tank is standard sized, not long.. so its 16" tall. probably 2" of subsrtate.

A ray would be nice but the tank is too narrow unless it's a hystrix or scobina. I vote a big datnoid or a puffer. You might be able to do an Australian arowana or Florida gar.

Light for 30"x18" footprint

There aren't many fixtures that measure 30" long, so I was wondering what to use for a 30"x18"x18" tank without going diy.

Will a 150w MH give me enough coverage for high light plants?
