I really like the look. I did one years ago for a pair of Chocolate Gouramis in a 5 gallon. I think I used a Aquaclear HOB filled with peat moss. I remember absolutely nothing else about it.

Nice! The hardscape is just about perfect, lots if visual interest. Definitely don't let that get too overgrown. :) And I think Harlequins are just about my favorite fish.
