So quick update. The leaves have stopped falling off and new growth started to appear again. I'm not entirely sure what kind of deficiency it was only that I've been dosing the ferts at the bottom...

I reduced the photo period from 6 to 5 hours to get rid of diatoms. But I just bumped it back up to 6 hours since I think the light from the window might be causing it. Hopefully that will help.
