I'm not sure that you can really call that a 'scape. It's decorated, but adding a few plants doesn't make it an aquascape IMO. I like the fish though.

Are you sure that's a sword plant? It almost looks like Anubias lanceolata or A. frazeri. If it's anubias, it's dying because you buried the rhizome in the gravel.
