I used the Ebiken Ei. to great success. if you dont want to dose 2x a week. once a week, is fine just load your tank with a good amount of moss and they should be fine

I have personally used these products... and they are quality products overall.. the ebiken Ei and Kou are both great products... for mineral replenishment the Ebiken Shou is pretty good.

Mordalphus, I did a water change today and it lowered the tds to 237 and my shrimps seemed to be dancing around and more active is this a good sign?

Thanks just went down again to observe the tank no shrimps looked purple while they are alive. I guess I will observe further if something happens again I will do a mjor water change for the next 4...

i just noticed in one of my shrimps today especially one of my CRS, just died misteriously tonight. The reason why i am soliciting advise is due to my CRS's body turned somewhat purple...

a bacterial infection that wiped out my colony of 100 PFRS... had to treat with Maracyn 2 and maracyn plus then 4 days straight of 95% water changes.

just a quick update the tank stabilized... i believe what did the trick was the maracyn plus and 3 major water changes (95% water change ) with aged water similar to the tank water parameters...

well after doing that 90% water change last night things looked good so far... no deaths this morning... hopefully that holds true till later tonight... stopped co2 and just running the 2 HOBs and...

I was so choked to see some more PFRs dying... decided to stop maracyn plus after day 4. and did a 90% water change... hope that would be sufficient... to finally get rid of all the pathogens......
