And you dont need 30 ppm to get things growing.15 will do it nicely. I keep my tank covered for minimum evaporation. With just the needle valve and my setup though I was able to get 25ppm easily...

I know in a reef tank that would be horrendous.And definately 130 watt over a 20gal tank is overkill.You only need 4 watts per gallon to do any type plants.
