I happen to love duckweed aswell, you can sundry the duckweed you pull out of your tank and feed it to your shrimp and fish, not all fish will eat it but my ember tetras and otto's like it, my snails...

Though that is one part of it I have more of an issue seeing caged wild animals, knowing they probably came from a nice stream, pond or lake with more gallons of water and space than I can even count...

agreed. rams are great fish if you have a ram with non inbred genetics and a soft water 80f+ tank otherwise they just end up sick alot. I plan on getting a dwarf gourami once my ram dies of old age...

one dominant male with1- 2 females, the actual act of breeding is very obvious...
