My mosses have never been harmed by peroxide. Najas is the only thing I can recall damaging. Java ferns seem too leathery to be bullied by the stuff.

I've had one for a couple years, not a clue what it eats, but it's always plump. The tank has always been fairly planted. I feed flake to the other fish, but never target fed the banjo.
