Just to let everybody know, instead of bying fulham ballast,
I've bought a regular "no-name" 4x32 T8 electronic ballast.

And it works fine with 2x55 power compacts bulbs.

They will leave their "shell" lying around, and since you've mentioned that they grew, it is another indicator that they do molt.

But I would think that they use different techniques for measuring up performace, it could pump performance, it could be loaded...
