Mine does not have any bio balls. The length of the reactor and the working bubble rate is not fast enough to let any gas escape.

I've noticed that you haven't mentioned what you're dosing for nutrients.
You are injecting co2 and you have plenty of light...plants need more than just these two things. Also, maybe inject...

If the diffuser is inside the tank then it's possible that all the micro bubble are being scattered everywhere in the tank...attaching to the plants...creating a pearling effect.

The pearling could be an indication that the plants are very happy and are growing fast (specially stem plants). Fast growth means the plants require more ferts. If you have many stem plants, make...
