I use a 4th generation beamswork led. It puts out a lot of light, so co2 is a must otherwise you will have algae issues.

The one all the way on the left might be rotala macrandra, but its hard to tell. The one to the left of rotala roundifolia might be ammania gracilis. Just my guess.
