Never use the feeder/vacation blocks they cause a lot of trouble and most fish won't eat them. The fish will be fine but hungry when you get back.

Nope shoal is 6 or more, like a school. 46g is a nice size tank for a group of them. Was worries since you wanted nano fish that it was a nano tank.

I would not recommend otos in anything less than a 10g tank, They are shoaling fish and needs to be in groups of 6 or more to be comfortable. A 5g is too small for them in proper groups.

I'd recommend Aquatop tanks sold by Truaqua, great packaging of tank so it arrives safe and excellent silicone work, its better than mr.aqua tanks, extreamly minimal....

Nothingspecial 2 different rooms, most common times to be in each room+ lien up with feedng times. Basically just listed lights on time to give you total time on each day:7 hours.

Not in layout like that but I do keep count of costs and then regret how much I've spent (usually on plants as I'm thrifty and will get tanks and lighting cheap).
