I feel your pain. I dropped back into college last year full time and still work about 190-210 hours a month. It definitely gets old quick, but I don't have any trouble sleeping:help:

Just about any calcium carbonate powder will do as long as it's pure. I use a few different things here and there. Generally 1.3 grams or 0.2 tsp per 10 gallons will raise Ca approximately 10ppm....

That would be a rather high end tank... I won't say what I have into mine, but for 300 gallons, I spend about $50 a month, not including electrical. Electrical runs about $80 a month in the winter...

Thanks, it's custom made GEO and I really like it a lot;)

Smaller reef tanks IMO are much harder than really big ones. I've never had success with anything under 20...
