Large puffer fish would need a much larger tank. Fahakas do well in planted tanks, but would need to upgrade to a larger tank as they grow quite big. Largest I've seen was 18" long and very fat

It's possible, but that depends on the betta. Each has a different personality. Generally bettas and shrimps don't go together because naturally bettas hunt crustaceans and shrimp fit that category...
